Yiannis, partner of “OPEN REAL ESTATE”, brings with him many years of international experience in construction project management during which, he completed projects based in London, U.K., Bulgaria, Italy, Romania and of course Greece. Yiannis holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Patras, Department of Renovation and Restoration of Buildings. With a long-held desire to return to Greece and bring his expertise to the Costal Arcadia Region, Yiannis joined OPEN in 2020 and has been leading the Construction department and the multiple renovation projects our company undertakes.  Day to day, Yiannis leads his team and is responsible for all construction services OPEN offers.  Yiannis works closely with our clients during the whole process of a project, from design coordination  and budget costing, up to a full ‘turn-key’ service to help create and deliver the property of their dreams. 

Born in Piraeus, Yiannis’s family also originates from Poulithra, Arcadia.  Outside of work Yiannis can be found hiking over Parnon mountain or rock climbing at Leonidio climbing sectors. He also enjoys swimming and good music!

He tells us: “I have always admired and been fascinated by Traditional Architecture.  This is what drove my field of study. Through Open Real Estate I have the opportunity to live and work in Leonidio, a traditional settlement that has managed to survive through time, maintaining its character and functionality.”
